Reflection
After reviewing project 1, I have a lot of thoughts. I think, for Gen Z, my approach to an all-Social-Media campaign is a reach and a little unorthodox, but I am confident in how it would play out. Sometimes you must make a weird play if you know that your target audience is more receptive. Where I need to improve is my copywriting. I am not the strongest copywriter. I have more of an eye for design than copy, and I think I could have pushed myself to be a little more unique with my copy. I do wish for those who aren’t on social media, I had better physical ad plans. Some things I did well are that I think I was able to design and plan every well within Indeed’s brand. They are very simple, which can be restricting at times, but I was able to find my freedom that fits within the brand. I think my best campaign was the Career Tips. It gives functionality to Instagram that will help people to follow them and learn. Helps to add personality without losing professionalism, unlike Gen Z humor, which is very odd. Overall, I feel I did a good job; however, I have room to grow.
